1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing this website, submitting an enquiry, registering for a program or using an RPTS product or service, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and the applicable Privacy and Refund Policies. If you do not agree, do not use the website or purchase the service.

2. Programs and services

Program descriptions, language, format, dates, duration, venue, inclusions and fees are displayed on the relevant program page or communicated during enrolment. RPTS may make reasonable changes to schedules, trainers, delivery method, venue or curriculum when operational circumstances require it. Material changes will be communicated through the contact details provided during registration.

Participants are responsible for providing accurate details and confirming that the selected program is suitable for their needs.

3. Registration and payment

• A seat or service is confirmed only after successful payment or written confirmation from RPTS.
• Applicable taxes, payment-plan terms and additional inclusions will be stated at checkout or in the written offer.
• Failed, reversed or incomplete payments do not create a confirmed enrolment.
• Refunds, transfers and cancellations are governed by the Refund Policy and any program-specific terms disclosed before purchase.

4. Attendance and participant conduct

Participants must attend on time, follow trainer instructions and maintain respectful conduct. RPTS may restrict participation where conduct disrupts training, infringes another person's rights, creates safety concerns or involves unauthorized commercial promotion.

Online participants are responsible for a suitable device, internet connection and environment. Missed sessions do not automatically create a right to a recording, repeat session, transfer or refund.

5. Recordings and intellectual property

All website content, training frameworks, scripts, presentations, worksheets, videos, graphics, course materials and program recordings are owned by or licensed to RPTS and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

No part may be copied, reproduced, recorded, distributed, resold, transmitted, uploaded, taught commercially or shared with another person without prior written permission. Access provided to a participant is personal and non-transferable unless RPTS states otherwise in writing.

Photography or recording by RPTS during a program will be handled according to the consent or notice provided for that event.

6. Results and earnings disclaimer

Testimonials, success stories, income statements and performance examples are individual experiences. They are not promises or guarantees that every participant will achieve the same outcome.

Results depend on the participant's starting point, attendance, practice, work ethic, skills, experience, decisions, implementation and other personal or market factors. Participants remain responsible for their own actions, decisions and use of the training.

7. Website availability and limitation of liability

RPTS aims to keep the website and services available and accurate but does not guarantee uninterrupted access or the absence of technical errors. Third-party platforms, payment services, video tools and external links operate under their own terms.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, RPTS is not responsible for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use of the website, reliance on general training information, third-party services or a participant's independent decisions.

8. Privacy, changes and governing law

Personal information is handled under the RPTS Privacy Policy. RPTS may revise these terms when services or legal requirements change. The updated version becomes effective when displayed on this page.

These terms are governed by applicable laws of India. Subject to applicable consumer rights, disputes will fall within the jurisdiction of courts in Pune, Maharashtra.
